Job News: New Tension in front of Bank Candidates

After the SSC examinations, the choice of youth is the job of the banks. With today's youth SSC, the bank prepares for the examination of PO and bank clerks. Nowadays the case of consolidated banks is booming in the country very fast. The Central Government wants to run only seven banks like SBI in the country. Regional and small banks are being merged with all these seven banks. It was recently heard that nine banks are being merged with other major banks. The names of these banks are Central Bank of India, IDBI, Dena Bank, UCO Bank, Bank of Maharashtra etc. - The merger of these banks does not make any difference to the health of the common customers, but the future of youth seeking jobs in these banks is definitely going to make a difference. The board which offers jobs in private and small banks will be weak and there will be problems in getting jobs because of decreasing its power. Job numbers will also be affected. It means that now only those young people will be able to get jobs in banks, who will be able to prepare for the SBI label.

जॉब न्यूज: बैंक अभ्यथियों के सामने नई टेंशन

एसएससी की परीक्षाओं के बाद युवाओं की पसंद बैंकों की जॉब होती है। आज का युवा एसएससी के साथ बैंक पीओ और बैँक क्लर्क की परीक्षा की तैयारी करता है। देश में आजकल बैंकों के कॉन्सालिडेटेड का मामला बहुत तेजी से उछल रहा है। केन्द्र सरकार देश में एसबीाआई जैसी केवल सात बैंकें ही चलाना चाहती है। क्षेत्रीय और छोटी बैंकों को इन सभी सातों बैंकों में मर्ज किया जा रहा है। अभी हाल ही में सुनने में आया था कि नौ बैंकों का अन्य बड़ी बैंकों में मर्ज किया जा रहा है। इन बैंकों के नाम हैं सेन्ट्रल बैँक आफ इंडिया, आईडीबीआई, देना बैंक, यूको बैंक, बैँक आफ महाराष्ट्र आदि-आदि। इन बैँकों के मर्जर से आम ग्राहकों की सेहत पर कोई फर्क नहीं पडऩे वाला लेकिन इन बैँकों में नौकरी चाहने वाले युवाओं के भविष्य पर अवश्य ही फर्क पडऩे वाला है। निजी और छोटी बैँकों में नौकरी दिलाने वाला बोर्ड कमजोर होगा और उसकी शक्तियां घटने से जॉब मिलने में भी परेशानी होगी। जॉब संख्या भी प्रभावित होगी। इसका सीधा मतलब यह हुआ कि अब केवल उन्हीं युवाओं को बैंकों की नौकरी मिल सकेगी जो एसबीाआई लेबल की तैयारी कर पाएंगे। 

नीट का कोटा लागू करने के लिए निजी मेडिकल कॉलेजों पर कसेगा शिकंजा

नीट के तहत एमबीबीएस में छात्रों को 15 प्रतिशत का कोटा निजी मेडिकल कालेजों में दिलाने के लिए एमसीआई ने सरकार के साथ मिलकर कमर कस ली है। इस उद्देश्य से नीट लागू करने के लिए आईएमसी संशोधन अधिनियम ,2016 के साथ भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद(एमसीआई) ने केंद्र सरकार की पूर्वानुमति से स्नातक मेडिकल शिक्षा नियमन,1997 तथा स्नातकोत्तर मेडिकल शिक्षा नियमन, 2000 में संशोधन किया है ताकि कॉमन काउंस्लिंग का प्रवाधान किया जा सके। मेडिकल पाठ्यक्रमों में नीट तथा कॉमन काउंस्लिंग के माध्यम से प्रवेश मिलेगा । काउंस्लिंग के बाद प्रवेश नामांकन के ब्यौरे एमसीआई को भेजे जाते हैं।
 सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेजों के मामले में संबंधित राज्य सरकार फीस निर्धारित करने के लिए उत्तरदायी है और निजी मेडिकल कॉलेजों  के मामले में फीस का ढांचा उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्देश के अनुसार राज्य सरकार दवारा  सेवा निवृत्त हाई कोर्ट जज की अध्यक्षता में बनाई गई समिति द्वारा निर्धारित किया जाता है।  यह निर्णय समिति को लेना है कि क्या संस्थान द्वारा प्रस्तावित फीस न्यायोचित है और क्या समिति द्वारा निर्धारित फीस ढांचा संस्थान के लिए बाध्यकारी है।
उच्चम न्यायालय ने 09.05.2017 को अपने आदेश में निर्देश दिया था कि कॉमन काउंस्लिंग के अनुसार एमबीबीएस पाठ्यक्रम में प्रवेश प्राप्त करने वाले विद्यार्थी संस्थानों/कॉलेजों/विश्विद्यालयों को देय फीस के लिए काउंस्लिंग  समिति को डिमान्ड ड्राफ्ट जमा कराएंगे। काउंस्लिंग के बाद प्रवेश नामांक के ब्यौरे एमसीआई को भेजे जाते हैं। एमसीआई ब्यौरों की जांच करती है और किसी मेडिकल कॉलेज में नियमों का उल्लंघन करके प्रवेश पाने वाले विद्यार्थियों को डिस्चार्ज नोटिस जारी करती है। विद्यार्थियों को अवगत कराने के लिए एमसीआई ने अपनी वेबसाइट पर मेडिकल कॉलेजों में चलाए जा रहे पाठ्यक्रमों की स्वीकृति की जानकारी दी है। एमसीआई की वेबसाइट पर विद्यार्थियों के लिए एडवाइजरी भी दी गई है। यह जानकारी आज लोक सभा में स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण राज्य मंत्री श्री फग्गन सिंह कुलस्ते ने एक लिखित उत्तर में दी।

एसएससी-सीजीएल की परीक्षा के प्री के लिए इस वर्ष कटआफ क्या रहेगा और कितना आएगा? इन बातों का हिसाब-किताब अवश्य ही अभ्यर्थियों के दिमाग में चल रहा होगा। इस हिसाब-किताब से आपकी मानसिक तैयारी एवं विश्वास में तैयारी पर असर पड़ सकता है। अच्छी तैयारी करने वाले इस फेर में न पड़ें तो बेहतर ही होगा। यह केवल वही लोग करते हैं जिन्हें अपने पर विश्वास नहीं होता। अंतिम क्षणों मे अपना आत्म विश्वास बढ़ाएं और अपने कटआफ की झंझटों और उम्मीदों से दूर रखें। इस समय आपको अपने एक-एक क्षण को तैयारी में लगाएं और अभ्यास और सिर्फ अभ्यास करें। इससे आपका मनोबल बढ़ेगा। अभ्यास यानी मॉक टेस्ट में आने वाले नम्बरों से न तो इतराएं और न ही चकराएं बल्कि अपने प्रश्नों के जवाबों की एक्युरेसी देखें। गलती कम से कम हों। सवाल अधिक से अधिक हों। अधिक सवाल के प्रयास में गलतियां न करें। सवाल भले ही कम हों ेलेकिन गलतियां न हों। एक वाक्य में कहा जाए तो आपको अपना बेस्ट से बेस्ट करें और भूल जाएं कि कटआफ कितना आएगा।

एसएससी-सीजीएल:आखिरी क्षणों में क्या करें?

एसएससी सीजीएल की परीक्षा की तारीखें नजदीक  आती जा रही हैं। जिन अभ्यर्थियों की तैयारी पूरी हो चुकी है और रिवीजन भी हो चुका है, उनके हौंसले बुलंद हैं, उनके लिए चाहे अगस्त में परीक्षा हो या कल सब बराबर है। जो साथी थोड़े बहुत पिछड़ गए हैं, उनका कोर्स तैयार हो चुका है और रिवीजन में जुटे हुए हैं, उनके लिए भी अच्छी बात है वह भी काफी कुछ करने की स्थिति में हैं। अब जो लोग कोर्स पूरे करने के करीब हैं । इन सभी के लिए सबसे अच्छा यह होगा कि किसी टेस्ट सीरीज में रोजाना अपनी ताकत और अपना दिमाग और अपना भाग्य आजमाएं। इससे उनकी याददाश्त चेक होगी, अभ्यास होगा और उनकी मानसिक तैयारी काफी अच्छी हो जाएगी। यही महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है, जो अंतिम क्षणों में किया जा सकता है।

Now more students will be become scientist.This is good news for KV’s Students.On the occassion of the birthday of Shri Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.Jigyasa, a student- scientist connect programme was officially launched in the national capital, Shri Mukherjee is an inspirational figure and a role model for all Indians.
Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), has joined hands with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) to implement this programme. The focus is on connecting school students and scientists so as to extend student’s classroom learning with that of a very well planned research laboratory based learning.
Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony was held in the presence of Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Minister of Science & Technology, Earth Sciences, Environment, Forests and Climate Change and Shri Prakash Javadekar, Minister of Human Resource Development.
Addressing the gathering, the Minister for Science & Technology, Dr Harshvardhan said, that the Jigyasa programme was inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a new India and “Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR)” of scientific community and institutions. It is a historic day when two ministries are collaborating on the Youth who are the future of the nation. The day also coincides with the birthday of Shri Shyama Prasad Mukherjee who is an inspirational figure and a role model for all Indians.
Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister of Human Resource Development Shri Prakash Javadekar said that “to inculcate scientific temper among the students we have to make them aware about the impact of science on the society. Science has played a very important role in changing our lives”. Thanking Dr Harshvardhan and CSIR, Shri Javadekar further said that access to these premier institutions is only the beginning. CSIR will also talent hunt among the visiting students for furthering the cause of scientific development. The Minister also informed that he will personally review the status periodically.
CSIR has been contributing for several decades for socio-economic development in the country.  It has been through development and deployment of knowledge base focused at Technology and Innovation. CSIR has also been playing a key role in human resource development, in particular training of the young researchers through Ph. D. programmes in diverse fields.
The “JIGYASA” would inculcate the culture of inquisitiveness on one hand and scientific temper on the other, amongst the school students and their teachers. The Programme is expected to connect 1151 Kendriya Vidyalayas with 38 National Laboratories of CSIR targeting 100,000 students and nearly 1000 teachers annually.
The program will also enable the students and teachers to practically live the theoretical concepts taught in science by visiting CSIR laboratories and by participating in mini-science projects. The model of engagement includes:
·         Student Residential Programmes;
·         Scientists as Teachers and Teachers as Scientists;
·         Lab specific activities / Onsite Experiments;
·         Visits of Scientists to Schools/Outreach Programmes;
·         Science and Maths Clubs;
·         Popular Lecture Series/ demonstration programme at Schools;
·         Student Apprenticeship Programmes;
·         Science Exhibitions;
·         Projects of National Children’s Science Congress;
·         Teacher Workshops; and
·         Tinkering Laboratories.
“JIGYASA” is one of the major initiative taken up by CSIR at national level, during its Platinum Jubilee Celebration Year.  CSIR is widening and deepening its Scientific Social Responsibility further with the programme.
